We are currently seeking a Sales Lead and Install Coordinator with high integrity and work ethic to join our growing team.  Earn $17-$20 per hour (commensurate with your experience) plus potential bonuses. THE ROLE
The Sales Lead Coordinator (SLC) acts as the liaison between the Sales Department, Call Center, Service & Maintenance Departments and our Customers.  The SLC works with the Call Center to confirm and schedule appointments as well as help direct customer concerns to the appropriate department.  This person assists Comfort Consultants (sales) with scheduling appointments for proposals and product installations. SLCs are also responsible for working with the warehouse to confirm equipment availability and personnel for scheduled installations. Other key responsibilities are maintaining quality assurance records and communicating sales metrics with the organization. 
 
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Answer sales calls from the Call Center
  • Answer Technician calls from the field
  • Convert sales and tech lead opportunities into sales appointments
  • Schedule Comfort Consultants for sale opportunities
  • Schedule Installs based on Comfort Consultants' instructions
  • Schedule After Hours Service Leads 
  • Prepare Comfort Advisor Sales Plan (CASP Report) Daily
  • Update Daily Huddle for management
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-5 years of Administrative or Customer Care experience
  • History of strong work ethic, professional achievement, and company loyalty
  • HVAC or mechanical experience - not required - we’ll train the right person!
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
  • Thrive working in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with ServiceTitan software experience is a plus.
  • Maintain high levels of honesty, integrity, and compassion at all times
