JOB DUTIES
Highly skilled Lead Installation Technician who demonstrates advanced expertise in HVAC installation and system startup, with a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field leadership.
- Lead installations with confidence and set the standard in the field
- Coach and develop installers on proper procedures
- Completion of at least 80% of jobs without missing materials
- Proficient in ServiceTitan documentation and on-site payment collection
- Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring
- Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles
- Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
- Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
