🧰 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance (keep the cool cool and the heat hot)
- Spot problems before they become actual problems
- Talk with customers and explain things like a human, not a robot
- Keep our database updated (no typos, please)
- Be open to feedback and always bring your A-game
- Travel occasionally for training to level up your tech skills (on us!)
💵 COMPENSATION
- $16 – $19.50/hour (depending on your proven awesomeness)
- Total Comp: $31K–$40K+ with spiffs, bonuses, and incentives
